I started working with Wendy immediately after joining Mountainside Fitness. I knew that I needed a set schedule and routine or I wouldn't get anything out of my membership. My overall goal was to tighten / tone my muscles. I was more interested in losing inches than pounds.
I had contracted with Wendy for 6-months of personal training. We worked out 3-times per week, for 30-minutes each. In that time I went from a Misses size 9 to a Juniors size 5! I'm thrilled with the results!! Now, I see Wendy 3-times per week for her Boot Camp class to maintain my new figure.
She's awesome at pushing you to the max; but her humor will keep you coming back week after week. Wendy keeps her classes fun and challenging- its a perfect combination!
